Visiting our Website browsing product or blog doesn’t require you to have a registered account, however in order to purchase or rent any product you must register for an account. Registering for an account is free. You are agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by registration forms.
You are only allowed to create one account. If we find out that you have created multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be deleted.

2. Product – Purchase and Rental
2.1 Information on Products
Our Website allows user to browse through Products , to obtain useful information on the Products, to find relevant Products or related Products based on criteria and filters. Website also will suggest user product depending on what what user viewing.
2.2 Purchasing or Renting Product
To place an order for Products or to Rent a Product, you must follow the online ordering process and provide us with your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. After rejecting order we will contact you via email or WhatsApp or phone regrading the rejection, if you already done payment then we will process a full refund for the order.
2.3 Rental Product
Our rental products are authentic and purchased directly from publishers or authorized distributors. To protect the products and enhance your experience, we may add additional items such as card sleeves, deck boxes, laminated rulebooks, and other modifications. These modifications will not change any of the components included in the products. Additionally, our rental products may be re-organized and labeled, and we may provide dry erasable pens and boards, checklists of components, and other helpful additions.
2.4 Purchase or Rental Product Pricing
Purchasing and Renting prices for Product are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on the Website at the time of your order will be the prices applicable to your order.
Sometimes we will temporarily discount a product’s price or run promotions on certain product lines. These changes are time-sensitive and we reserves the right to end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a sale begins or after the expiration will not be eligible for the promotional rate.
2.4.1 Rental Deposits
All Rental Product require a deposit to be made by when placing order. The cost for Deposit is wary depending on the Product popularity. Deposit will be returned to customer that have placed that order by using bank transfer, online banking or E-Wallet.
2.4.2 Rental Reservation
Rental Reservation is to ensure customer able to play the game at the customer selected date. When placing Rental order customer have to enter reservation start date.
2.4.3 Purchase during Rental period
If you enjoyed playing the game you rented, we offer you the opportunity to purchase a new copy from our website. As a special offer, we will refund 50% of your rental fee towards your purchase. Simply visit our website, place a new order for the game, and return the rented board game to us. Once we receive the returned game, we will process your cashback. Only available during rental period.
2.5 Rental Period
The Rental Period will be 3 days as default, starting from the day of pick up, delivery or reservation date, as agreed upon by the Renter and KuPlay. If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must contact KuPlay before the rental period expires and request an extension. Rent & Play reserves the right to approve or deny any request for an extension, and may charge an additional fee for any extended rental period. The Renter is responsible for returning the rental item to KuPlay at the end of the agreed-upon rental period.
2.6 Use of Rented Products
Customer are responsible for the rented Products, including all the components, during the Rental Period and must treat the rented Products and components with care and respect. It is strictly forbidden to modify the Product(s) and components, such as removing cards from their sleeves and replacing or exchanging components of the Product(s) with any other components. We will inspect each rented Product to ensure all components are complete and undamaged, and that the Product is returned in the same condition that it was delivered to the customer. Customer will be liable to cover the cost of damage or replacement of any damages or loss of the rented Products and their components during the Rental Period as agreed in these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to Damage/Loss/Excessive Dirtiness of Product Components for more detail.
2.7 Delivery of Purchase and Rental Product
2.7.1 Delivery of Purchase Product
The delivery of Purchase Product is expected to process within 24-48hours. For orders Placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do have multiple delivery option for different area, and it will calculate the option for you after you have enter your address detail. The option are (not all option are available it depends on your shipping address)

Shipping with an Flat Rate. Flat Rate are subject to change depends on the courier service provider. - Free Shipping.
We offer free shipping to anywhere within Malaysia for West Malaysia orders above RM150 while East Malaysia is RM300. If your order qualifies, you will see the Free Shipping option during cart/checkout. - Local Pickup
If you decide to use Local Pickup option, please contact us using WhatsApp’s/Email or Messenger for pickup arrangement. If we didn’t receive any message from you we will process to cancel and refund your order. - Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in selected areas(click here to check postcode) and requires special arrangement(Grab/Lalamove), please contact us using WhatsApp’s, Email or Messenger. Delivery fee will pay by customer.
2.7.2 Delivery of Rental Product
The delivery of Rental Product is expected to process within 2-48hours. For rental orders placed on holidays still will be processed instead of wait until next business day. However delivery option will be different compare to Purchase Product. The option are
- Local Pickup
After placing order please contact us using WhatsApp’s/Email or Messenger for pickup arrangement. Please wait until we give arrangement confirmation before come to pickup. - Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in selected area and requires special arrangement(Grab/Lalamove), please contact us using WhatsApp’s, Email or Messenger. Delivery fee will pay by customer. Shipping Cost will be pay by Customer.
2.8 Purchased Product Return/Refund
For any purchases you have made on this website, we do not accept return or refund of the Products, however within one week of purchases for defective product you could file a replacement report to us. Please contact us at info@kuplayboardgamestore.com to file a replacement report or get more information regarding the replacement procedures.
2.9 Damage/Loss/Excessive Dirtiness of Rental Product Components
In the event that the Rented Product are returned with Damage/Loss/Excessive Dirtiness of Product Components then the customer will be charged with penalty fee start from reducing deposit if the charges exceed deposit then customer have to pay additional penalty fees. The penalty fee detail
- RM5 for each damaged or lost component listed on the rental checklist
- Up to RM50 or 50% of the undiscounted price of the Product, for each damaged or list component listed on the rental checklist if the damaged or lost component is a Game Board or if the component is unique to the Product.
- Up to RM100 or 100% of the undiscounted price of the Product, for each damaged or lost components listed on the rental checklist if the damaged or lost component is essential to the Product functionality and ability to be played
The total penalty fee charged cannot exceed the amount of the undiscounted Product price.
2.10 Late Rental Returns of Rental Product
In the event that the Customer has not return the Rented Product by the 11pm on the Ending Date, the customer will be warning by us by using email, WhatsApp or phone call. First two days late will not be charges penalty fee, however after two days of late return it will be continuous charge penalty fee 10% of the Rent Price for each day late.
2.11 Non-Return or Loss of Rental Product
A Product will be considered as lost if:
- Customer contacted us that a Rented Product has been lost and will not be returned.
- Product is missing when returned to us.
All Products in the Rental Period will be considered as lost if:
- Rental didn’t return for 7days after rental period ended.
- Customer unable to reached after 3 attempt by either email, phone call or whatapps.
In the event that a Product is lost, the customer will be charged the undiscounted price of the Product, as well as the cost of any protection or additional items provided with the Product. The customer will also be charged with an administrative fee of RM10 for each lost Product.
3. Payment Option
3.1 Purchase Payment Option
We accept the following payment methods for Purchasing: bank transfer, online banking, iPay88 – Credit/Debit Cards and E-Wallet. All payments must be received in full before orders will be shipped.

3.2 Rental Payment Option
