Shipping and Delivery Policy

For KuPlay Store

  1. Shipping Companies:
    We ship out all of our orders via Easy Parcel, DHL and Pos Laju/Pos Domestik.
  2. Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders Placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. Delivery Time:
    The delivery time for West Malaysia is typically 1-3 days business days, East Malaysia 7-28 days business days.
  4. Shipping option:

    • Same-Day Delivery:
      Same-day delivery is available in selected areas and requires special arrangement(Grab/Lalamove), please contact us using WhatsApp’s/Email or Messenger. Delivery fee will be pay by customer.
    • Local Pick Up:
      You can contact us using WhatsApp’s/Email or Messenger for pickup arrangement.
    • Free Shipping:
      West Malaysia – For order above RM150 will be qualifies for Free Shipping option.
      East Malaysia and Others – For order above RM300 will be qualifies for Free Shipping option, but any shipping costs exceeding RM20 will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • International Shipping:
      Currently we do not offer international shipping. If you still wish to order from us, you can contact us through our email info@kuplayboardgamestore.com.
  5. Shipping Cost:
    Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based destination of your order.

    If your order is qualifies you will able to select the Free Shipping option during cart/checkout.
  6. Tracking Information:
    You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processing. You can also track your order by contacting us.

For KuPlay Rent & Play

  1. Shipping Companies:
    We only ship out all of our Rent & Play orders via Grab Express or Lalamove.
  2. Processing Time:
    The delivery of Rental Product is expected to process within 2-48hours. For rental orders placed on holidays still will be processed instead of wait until next business day.
  3. Shipping option:
    • Local Pickup
      After placing order please contact us using WhatsApp’s/Email or Messenger for pickup arrangement. Please wait until we give arrangement confirmation before come to pickup.
    • Same-Day Delivery
      Same-day delivery is available in selected area and requires special arrangement(Grab/Lalamove), please contact us using WhatsApp’s, Email or Messenger. Delivery fee will pay by customer. Shipping Cost will be pay by Customer.
