Refund and Return Policy

  1. For any purchases you have made on this website, we do not accept return or refund of the Products.
  2. However within one week of purchases for defective product you could file a replacement report to us. Please contact us at info@kuplayboardgamestore.com to file a replacement report or get more information regarding the replacement procedures.
  3. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product is not in its original condition or packaging, or if the product has been used or altered in any way.
  4. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at info@kuplayboardgamestore.com with your order number and the reason for the replacement. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product to us.
  5. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  6. We will process your replacement as soon as we receive the returned product. Please allow 90 days for the exchange to be completed.
